Two randomly selected Freddy products in the size you choose. The products may be customer returns, 2nd quality items or Freddy sample pieces.

Important – please read before ordering

These are not guaranteed to be pristine, new-condition products. The condition varies from item to item. We have removed products with obvious major defects that we noticed, such as holes or tears. However, the products have not been individually inspected in detail or washed.

Your Mystery Box may therefore contain products with, for example:

• small stains or marks
• signs of fitting or previous use
• missing price or product tags
• missing or damaged original packaging
• lint, hair or dust
• wrinkles
• fragrance or other odours
• small cosmetic defects or other minor imperfections

Please wash all products before use. The low price reflects the fact that the exact condition of the products varies.

Your box may also contain Freddy samples

Some Mystery Box products are sample pieces rather than customer returns. These may include design or showroom samples, products that were never released for normal sale, one-off styles or colours – or completely new and flawless products. You will not know in advance whether your box contains returns, samples, 2nd quality products or a combination of them.

What do you get?

Two random Freddy products. Choose your size and we choose the products. Models, colours and product types cannot be selected, and unfortunately we cannot accommodate special requests. Some boxes contain two pairs of trousers, others a combination of different product types.

Add-on only

The Second Chance Mystery Box can only be purchased together with another Freddy product. It cannot be purchased separately. Maximum 1 Mystery Box per order.

Returns

Your statutory right of withdrawal applies to the Mystery Box as to any other purchase: you can cancel within 14 days of receipt and return the products for a full refund. The imperfections described above are part of the offer and are not considered defects. The Perfect Fit Guarantee (30 days) does not apply to the Mystery Box.

By adding the Mystery Box to your cart, you acknowledge that it may contain customer returns, 2nd quality and/or sample products with small stains, signs of use, missing tags, odours or other imperfections described above. The products have not been individually inspected in detail and should be washed before use.

Delivery

Available delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout.

Please note that processing and shipping may be delayed by up to 48 hours during sales, Christmas, the turn of the year, or special promotions. If the shipping of your goods is delayed or the goods are temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

Returns

If you wish to return items from your order, this is, of course, possible. With us, you have 14 days to try on your purchased items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Freddy product, simply send it back to us with the completed return form.

Please note the following:

The purchased goods must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and complete with all their components (including packaging, price tags, any documents, and other accessories).
The creation of return labels is only possible for customers residing in Germany, Austria, Finland or Sweden. If you do not use a return label issued by us for the return shipment, the shipping risk until acceptance at our warehouse lies entirely with you as the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items damaged by use.

If you wish to return items from different orders in one package, please make sure to include a note indicating which models belong to which orders.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without signs of use (no make-up stains, odors, or similar). Furthermore, the items should be returned in their original packaging with the corresponding hangtags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn items.
