Returns
If you would like to return items from your order, that is of course possible. With us, you have 30 days to try on your purchased items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Freddy product, simply send the goods back to us.
Please note the following:
The purchased goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging and complete with all their components (including the packaging, price tags, any documents, and other accessories).
The right of cancellation does not apply to items damaged by use.
Return Shipment
DE/AT:
You can create a return label for Germany and Austria on the following page: https://freddywear.de/ruckensendportal. If you use this label to return your item, a fee of €8.90 will be incurred. This amount will be deducted from your refund. This helps us to continue offering a great service.
FI
If you are in Finland, you can create a return label at https://freddystore.fi/a/returns. If you use this label for the return, costs of €8.90 will be incurred. This amount will be deducted from your refund. This helps us to continue offering a great service.
SEK
In Sweden, you can create a return label on the following page: https://freddystore.se/a/returns. If you use this label for the return, costs of €8.90 will be incurred and the conversion to SEK will happen automatically. At the moment, this equates to around 93 SEK. This amount will be deducted from your refund. This helps us to continue offering a good service.
DK/FR/PL/NO/LV/EE
For technical and contractual reasons, we are unable to create return labels for orders shipped to Denmark, France, Poland, Norway, Latvia or Estonia. Please send your products back to us at your own cost; we recommend using a tracked and insured service. To let us know that you are returning products, please first announce the return through the return portal, where you will also receive the return address.

Here's how to carry out the return correctly:
- Print out the return label and securely package the products.
- Take the package to your nearest parcel service point.
- Please note the date and location where you dropped off the parcel.
- Once you have dropped off your package, you don't need to worry if you have used our return label – we will take care of the rest. We will keep you informed when your return arrives and is processed by our logistics centre.
- If you used your own return label, please track your parcel regularly until it arrives at our facility.
Please also note that it is not possible to adjust the invoice before the return processing is completed! So please remember to extend or pause your invoice with Klarna customer service if necessary to avoid Klarna late payment fees.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange items, the above conditions also apply. If you would like us to carry out an exchange, please first contact customer service so that we can note, check, and then fulfill your request.
Return and place a new order:
The easiest and safest way to receive a new item is to order it yourself and return the unsuitable item to us. As the exchange process may be delayed in some cases, it is possible that the desired item is no longer available at the time of processing the return. With a new order, you can be sure that you will receive the desired item promptly and in any case.
Complaint
If an ordered item should have a defect, please contact our customer service: info@freddywear.de
Send us your order number by email, stating the defective item. Pictures of the defective item are mandatory for processing the complaint.
It usually takes a maximum of 1-3 weeks for the exchange process to be fully completed and the requested goods to be sent to you. You will be informed by email as soon as the process is fully completed.
Your Invoice
You can extend the payment deadline of your Klarna invoice yourself here.
